1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license for Zest Print Manager ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. Software Licensing & Ownership

Zest Print Manager is licensed, not sold. Zestful Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with your purchased tier (Pro or Enterprise Perpetual):

• Pro Tier: Valid for up to 3 host machines within your organization.
• Enterprise Tier: Unlimited host machine deployments across your organization, hot folder automation, and prioritized multi-user spooling.

3. 100% On-Premise & Local Processing Guarantee

All print operations, file storage, PDF merging, security watermarking, and spooling occur strictly on your local network or server. No document content, filenames, or print metadata are transmitted to external servers or cloud services.

4. License Activation & Cryptographic Keys

License keys generated via Paystack or direct purchase use offline cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 signatures. You are responsible for safeguarding your license keys. Redistribution or public sharing of license keys is prohibited and may result in key revocation.

5. Refund Policy

We provide a 14-day free trial so customers can fully evaluate the software in their production environment before purchasing. Because license keys grant permanent access, refunds are provided only if the software suffers critical technical failure on supported operating systems that cannot be resolved by our support team within 14 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zestful Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
